Alright! Now we will move to Section 5: Orders, Payments, and Invoicing.
This is one of the most critical sections of the Terms & Conditions because it governs the entire purchasing cycle on iHubs — starting from when a customer places an order, how payments are processed, invoicing policies, anti-fraud measures, payment failures, and refunds.
Since iHubs specializes in high-value Apple products, this section will be extremely detailed, carefully drafted to reduce financial risks, prevent fraud, and maintain transparency between iHubs and its Users.
This section will be written in long, descriptive paragraphs to cover all possible scenarios.
Section 5: Orders, Payments, and Invoicing
The process of purchasing products through iHubs is designed to be simple, secure, and user-friendly while complying with all applicable financial, taxation, and consumer protection laws of India. This section explains in detail how Users may place orders, the terms governing payment, invoicing practices, and the procedures followed by iHubs in cases of payment disputes, failed transactions, and suspected fraudulent activities. By placing an order on the Platform, Users acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.
5.1. Placing an Order
Placing an order on iHubs constitutes a formal request by the User to purchase a product listed on the Platform. The process begins when a User selects a product, adds it to their virtual shopping cart, and proceeds to the checkout page.
- Order Confirmation Process
- Once the User submits their order, the Platform’s automated system verifies product availability, payment validity, and shipping feasibility.
- A temporary authorization may be placed on the payment method selected by the User.
- The order will only be considered “Confirmed” after iHubs issues a formal Order Confirmation Email or SMS, which includes a unique order ID, product details, shipping address, and expected delivery timeline.
- If iHubs determines that the product is unavailable or that the order cannot be processed for any reason (e.g., payment failure, incorrect shipping address), the order may be automatically canceled, and any pre-authorized amount will be released or refunded according to the relevant payment gateway policies.
-
Multiple Product Orders
Users may place orders for multiple products simultaneously. In such cases: - The availability of each product will be independently verified.
- If one or more products are unavailable, iHubs may process partial fulfillment, cancel the unavailable items, and issue corresponding refunds.
- Accuracy of Information Provided by User
- The User is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the ordering process, including their full name, billing and shipping address, mobile number, and email ID.
- Incorrect information may result in delays, non-delivery, or order cancellation, for which iHubs shall bear no responsibility.
- iHubs reserves the right to request additional verification, such as a government-issued ID or digital OTP authentication, especially for high-value purchases exceeding ₹50,000.
5.2. Payment Methods
To ensure flexibility and convenience, iHubs supports multiple secure payment options, including:
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, American Express)
- Net Banking via major Indian banks
- Unified Payments Interface (UPI)
- Wallet-based payments
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – limited to eligible pin codes and specific order values
- Buy Now, Pay Later services (if available through integrated third-party partners)
Important Conditions:
- All payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant payment gateways with industry-standard encryption.
- iHubs does not store sensitive financial information, such as credit card numbers or UPI PINs, on its servers.
- The User agrees to provide valid and authorized payment details while completing the transaction. Using stolen, forged, or unauthorized payment credentials is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
5.3. Payment Authorization and Processing
-
Payment Verification
Once a User submits payment, the system initiates a verification process to ensure: - The payment method is valid and has sufficient funds or credit.
- The transaction is not flagged as suspicious by the gateway’s fraud detection algorithms.
- The User’s billing information matches the account holder details.
-
Delayed or Pending Payments
In some cases, transactions may appear as “Pending” due to: - Network delays between the User’s bank and the payment gateway.
- Manual reviews triggered by unusual transaction patterns.
- System downtime at the banking or gateway level.
iHubs shall not be held liable for delays caused by external financial institutions, though the Platform will provide regular updates to the User until the payment status is resolved.
5.4. Failed or Declined Transactions
Payment failures may occur due to insufficient funds, incorrect OTP entries, expired cards, or temporary connectivity issues. When such failures occur:
- The order will not be processed until the payment is successfully completed.
- Any amount debited due to technical glitches will automatically be reversed to the User’s account by the respective bank or payment gateway within 5–7 business days, as per RBI regulations.
- If reversal is delayed beyond this timeframe, the User must contact their bank directly. iHubs may provide a payment reference ID to assist in the investigation but is not responsible for bank-level delays.
5.5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
iHubs provides Cash on Delivery as a payment option for certain pin codes and products. However, due to the high value of Apple products:
- COD may be disabled for items exceeding ₹50,000 or during promotional sale periods.
- A nominal handling fee may apply to COD orders, which will be displayed during checkout.
- Orders placed via COD require the User to keep exact change ready for the delivery executive.
- If a User refuses to accept a confirmed COD order without valid reasons, iHubs reserves the right to:
- Temporarily or permanently disable COD for the User’s account.
- Recover costs incurred due to logistics and handling.
5.6. Fraud Prevention and Anti-Abuse Measures
To safeguard the integrity of the payment system, iHubs employs advanced fraud detection algorithms and manual verification techniques. The following rules apply strictly:
- Orders flagged as high risk may be held temporarily for verification.
- The User may be required to provide additional documentation, such as a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or alternate contact numbers, to verify authenticity.
- iHubs reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders without prior notice if there is evidence of:
- Use of stolen credit/debit cards.
- Multiple failed payment attempts with mismatched credentials.
- Unusual bulk purchases of limited-release Apple products.
- Suspicious IP addresses indicating fraudulent intent.
If a transaction is found to be fraudulent after order fulfillment, iHubs reserves the right to:
- Initiate legal proceedings under applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and Indian Penal Code (IPC).
- Report the matter to relevant financial institutions and law enforcement agencies.
5.7. Refunds and Payment Reversals
Refunds are issued in the following scenarios:
- Order Cancellations by iHubs due to product unavailability, payment failures, or other logistical reasons.
- Returns initiated by Users under the applicable return policy.
- Failed deliveries where the shipment cannot be completed due to incorrect addresses or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Refund Timelines:
- Prepaid orders: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the same payment method used during purchase.
- COD orders: Refunds are issued through direct bank transfer or digital wallet credit, depending on User preference.
Important Note:
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on external banking institutions and public holidays.
5.8. Invoicing and Record Keeping
Every order placed through iHubs will be accompanied by a digital invoice, which includes:
- Detailed product description and quantity.
- GST breakdown and total payable amount.
- Shipping and billing details.
- iHubs’ GST registration number and legal business information.
Digital Record Maintenance:
- iHubs maintains secure, encrypted records of all transactions for a minimum of seven (7) years, as mandated by Indian taxation and e-commerce regulations.
- Users may access past invoices through their account dashboard or by requesting a copy from customer support.
5.9. Disputes Related to Payments
In the event of payment disputes, the following steps apply:
- The User must first contact iHubs Customer Support with relevant details such as the order ID, transaction reference number, and supporting evidence.
- If iHubs verifies that the issue originated from its systems, a resolution will be provided directly.
- If the issue lies with external banking institutions or payment gateways, iHubs will provide assistance but cannot guarantee resolution timelines.
5.10. Limitations of Liability in Payments
- iHubs shall not be held liable for financial losses caused by external factors such as hacking incidents targeting the User’s personal banking credentials, delayed refunds due to bank processing times, or third-party fraud outside the Platform’s control.
- Users are strongly advised to use secure devices, updated browsers, and trusted internet connections when making payments to minimize risks.
Shipping, Delivery, and Logistics
At iHubs, we recognize that the process of delivering a purchased product to the customer is a critical stage in the overall shopping experience. Given that our products include premium mobile devices, high-value Apple accessories, and other fragile electronics, our shipping and logistics operations are designed to ensure the highest level of care, transparency, and security.
This section outlines, in exhaustive detail, the procedures, policies, and conditions governing the shipping and delivery of orders placed through the iHubs Platform. By placing an order, Users acknowledge that they understand and agree to the following terms, which are crafted to balance operational efficiency with consumer protection while safeguarding iHubs and its partners from logistical disputes.
6.1. General Shipping Policy
Shipping is the process through which an ordered product is prepared, packaged, dispatched, and transported to the delivery address provided by the User. The shipping process begins immediately after an order is confirmed and verified by iHubs, including payment validation and stock availability checks.
-
Serviceable Locations:
iHubs currently provides delivery services across all major cities, towns, and rural regions in India, subject to the reach of our partnered courier companies and delivery agents. - Certain remote or difficult-to-access locations may have limited or delayed services.
- The User will be informed at the checkout stage if delivery to their pincode is unavailable.
-
Third-Party Logistics Partners:
iHubs collaborates with reputed logistics and courier companies, including specialized services for handling fragile and high-value electronics. - While iHubs oversees the entire process, the actual physical movement of goods is executed by these third-party delivery partners.
- Users acknowledge that once an order is handed over to a courier partner, certain aspects of the delivery process are outside the direct control of iHubs, although we remain responsible for coordinating and resolving issues on behalf of our customers.
- Estimated Delivery Timelines:
- Standard deliveries are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on the destination city and stock availability.
- Orders placed during promotional events, festive seasons, or flash sales may experience extended delivery timelines due to high demand.
- Remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.
- iHubs does not guarantee specific delivery dates but will provide real-time tracking updates to Users via SMS, email, and their iHubs account dashboard.
6.2. Order Processing and Dispatch
The process of fulfilling a User’s order involves several key steps to ensure accuracy, quality, and safety.
-
Verification and Quality Check:
Before dispatching any product, iHubs conducts a multi-stage verification process: - Payment verification (for prepaid orders).
- Stock validation to confirm product availability.
- Detailed quality control checks to ensure the product is free from defects and properly functional.
- Verification of serial numbers and IMEI codes for Apple devices to prevent counterfeit issues.
- Packaging inspection to confirm tamper-proof sealing.
-
Packaging Standards:
Given the fragile nature of many products sold on iHubs, packaging standards are strictly maintained: - Double-layered packaging with shock-absorbent materials to prevent physical damage during transit.
- Tamper-proof seals to ensure that the package cannot be opened without leaving visible evidence.
- Water-resistant outer covers to safeguard against accidental exposure to moisture or rain during delivery.
- Each package is labeled with the User’s name, address, and contact information, along with a unique shipment tracking number.
- Dispatch Timelines:
- Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- During high-volume periods, such as festive sales, dispatch timelines may extend by 1–2 additional business days.
6.3. Tracking Shipments
-
Real-Time Tracking:
Once an order has been dispatched, Users will receive: - An email and SMS containing a unique tracking ID and a link to track the shipment.
- Updates on every major delivery milestone, including when the package leaves the warehouse, arrives at a regional hub, and is out for delivery.
-
Tracking Delays:
In rare cases, tracking updates may not reflect real-time movement due to: - Network issues with the courier’s tracking system.
- Delays in scanning packages at transit points.
- Manual handovers between regional delivery hubs.
iHubs will actively monitor such situations and provide Users with status updates through our Customer Support team.
6.4. Delivery Attempts and Conditions
- Delivery Attempts:
- The courier partner will attempt to deliver the package at least three times before marking the shipment as undeliverable.
- After each failed attempt, the User will receive an automated notification and may contact iHubs to reschedule delivery.
-
Mandatory OTP Delivery:
For high-value products such as iPhones and MacBooks: - The delivery executive will require the recipient to provide a one-time password (OTP) sent to the registered mobile number before handing over the package.
- This process ensures that the order is delivered to the rightful recipient and prevents theft or fraudulent claims.
- Recipient Verification:
- In some cases, especially for bulk or business orders, the courier may request photo identification (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN Card, Passport) to confirm the recipient’s identity.
- The name on the ID must match the name provided during checkout.
6.5. Delayed Deliveries
Despite iHubs’ best efforts, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:
- Natural disasters, floods, or weather disruptions.
- Transportation strikes or public unrest.
- Unforeseen network outages affecting logistics providers.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the User.
Resolution Policy:
- If a delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, Users are encouraged to contact iHubs Customer Support with their order ID and tracking details.
- iHubs will investigate the issue with the courier partner and provide an updated delivery estimate.
- In extreme cases where delivery becomes impossible, iHubs may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
6.6. Damaged or Tampered Shipments
- Inspection Upon Delivery:
- Users are strongly advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery before signing for receipt or sharing the OTP.
- If the outer packaging shows signs of tampering, tearing, or water damage, the User should refuse delivery and immediately contact iHubs.
- Reporting Damages:
- Any damage to the product must be reported to iHubs within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and item.
- Failure to report within this timeframe may limit eligibility for returns or refunds.
-
Courier Liability:
- Arrange for an immediate replacement of the product, or
- Issue a full refund, depending on the User’s preference and product availability.
- iHubs works closely with its courier partners to investigate such incidents.
- If damage is confirmed to have occurred during transit, iHubs will either:
6.7. Lost or Stolen Shipments
- Risk Transfer Policy:
- The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the User only upon successful delivery.
- Until that point, iHubs remains fully responsible for the product’s safety and integrity.
-
Investigation Procedure:
- iHubs will launch an investigation with the courier partner.
- The User may be asked to provide additional information, such as CCTV footage (for apartment complexes) or delivery time details.
- A resolution will be provided within 7–10 business days.
- In the rare event of a shipment being lost or stolen in transit:
- Refund or Replacement:
- If the shipment is confirmed as lost, iHubs will issue a full refund or send a replacement product, depending on the User’s preference and stock availability.
6.8. Refusal or Failure to Accept Delivery
-
User-Initiated Refusals:
- Deduct shipping and handling fees before issuing any refund.
- Restrict COD availability for future orders.
- If a User refuses to accept delivery for reasons other than visible damage or incorrect shipment, iHubs may:
-
Repeated Delivery Failures:
- Permanent ban from COD.
- Requirement of prepaid payments for all future orders.
- Users with a history of repeated failed delivery attempts may face account restrictions, including:
6.9. International Shipments (Future Expansion)
At present, iHubs serves only Indian addresses. However, in the future:
- International shipping options may be introduced, subject to customs laws, import duties, and international courier policies.
- All terms related to duties, taxes, and shipping fees will be updated accordingly and communicated to Users.
6.10. Liability Limitations for Shipping
While iHubs strives to provide a seamless delivery experience, certain events remain outside our direct control:
- iHubs shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits or emotional distress, caused by delivery delays or errors.
- iHubs’ liability is strictly limited to the monetary value of the product being shipped.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policies
At iHubs, we are committed to ensuring that every customer has a satisfactory shopping experience, from the moment they place an order to the moment they receive and use their product. However, we understand that certain situations may arise where a return, exchange, or refund becomes necessary. Given the premium nature of Apple devices and accessories, our returns and refund policies are carefully designed to strike a balance between customer convenience and fraud prevention.
This section explains, in great detail, the terms and conditions governing the return, refund, and exchange process. By initiating a return or refund request, the User acknowledges and agrees to comply fully with the policies outlined below.
7.1. General Return Policy
Returns are only accepted under specific circumstances, primarily when the product delivered is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered.
- iHubs does not offer open-box returns or "no-questions-asked" returns due to the high value and sensitive nature of electronic devices.
- Every return request will be thoroughly verified and inspected to prevent misuse of the return facility.
Acceptable Reasons for Returns:
- The product was damaged during transit, with visible physical damage to the packaging or product itself.
- The product received is not functioning due to a manufacturing defect.
- The product delivered is different from what was ordered, either in terms of model, color, or specifications.
- Missing essential items in the box, such as the charger, cable, or documentation (subject to verification).
Unacceptable Reasons for Returns:
- Change of mind or dislike for the product after delivery.
- Minor differences in color perception due to screen display settings.
- Damage caused by mishandling after delivery, including water exposure or accidental drops.
- Products that have been tampered with, rooted, jailbroken, or altered in any way after purchase.
7.2. Return Eligibility Timelines
-
Standard Return Window:
Returns must be initiated within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery. - The return window begins the moment the courier marks the package as "Delivered" in their system.
- Requests raised beyond this period will not be entertained, except in cases of proven latent manufacturing defects covered under warranty.
-
High-Value Product Verification:
For Apple devices such as iPhones, MacBooks, and iPads: - Return requests will be subject to strict verification, including IMEI matching, serial number validation, and photographic evidence of the device’s condition.
- Any mismatch between the product returned and the original product shipped will lead to immediate rejection of the return request.
7.3. Return Process
The return process consists of five clearly defined stages, designed to ensure transparency and accountability:
Step 1: Initiating the Return Request
- The User must log into their iHubs account and submit a return request via the “My Orders” section.
- The following information must be provided:
- Order ID and product details.
- Reason for return, selected from a predefined list.
- High-resolution photographs or videos clearly showing the defect, damage, or issue.
Step 2: Preliminary Review by iHubs
- iHubs’ quality team will review the submitted details and evidence.
- If additional information is required, the User will be contacted by email or phone.
- If the return request is approved, a Return Authorization (RA) Number will be issued, along with shipping instructions.
Step 3: Return Pickup Scheduling
- iHubs will arrange for a courier pickup from the User’s location, subject to service availability.
- The User must ensure the product is securely packed using the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice copies.
- The pickup executive will verify the package against the provided details before accepting it.
Step 4: Quality Inspection at iHubs Warehouse
- Once the returned product reaches iHubs’ facility, it undergoes a multi-step inspection:
- Visual inspection for physical damage.
- Verification of IMEI/serial numbers to confirm authenticity.
- Functional tests to diagnose reported defects.
- Verification that all accessories and documentation are included.
- If any discrepancies are found, the return may be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to the User at their expense.
Step 5: Approval and Refund Processing
- Upon successful verification, the return will be approved, and the refund will be initiated as per the timelines outlined in Section 7.7.
7.4. Exchange Policy
iHubs provides exchange options only under specific conditions:
- Exchanges are offered only for the same product model in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
- Cross-product exchanges (e.g., exchanging an iPhone for a different model or accessory) are strictly prohibited.
- The exchange process follows the same verification steps as the return process.
If a replacement product is unavailable due to stock shortages:
- The User may opt to wait until new stock arrives, or
- Choose to receive a full refund instead.
7.5. Non-Returnable Products
Certain product categories are strictly non-returnable, including:
- Software licenses, gift cards, and digital subscriptions.
- Personal hygiene-related accessories such as earbuds, if the packaging seal is broken.
- Clearance sale items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
- Products damaged due to liquid exposure, as Apple’s warranty explicitly excludes water damage.
7.6. Fraud Prevention and Abuse of Return Policy
To protect the integrity of iHubs’ return process and prevent misuse:
- All returned products undergo forensic-level inspection, including verification of internal components.
- Cases of return fraud, such as sending counterfeit devices, empty boxes, or altered products, will result in:
- Immediate rejection of the return.
- Permanent suspension of the User’s iHubs account.
- Reporting to law enforcement agencies under applicable sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
7.7. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in accordance with strict timelines and verification checks.
- Refund Timelines:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.
- COD Orders: Refunds are issued via direct bank transfer or credited to the User’s digital wallet within 7–10 business days.
- Refund Methodology:
- Refunds are credited only to the original payment source, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
- For COD orders, the User must provide valid bank account details to receive the refund.
- Partial Refunds:
- If certain accessories or items are missing from the returned package, iHubs reserves the right to deduct appropriate charges from the refund amount.
- Refund Notifications:
- Users will be notified via email and SMS once their refund is processed.
- Bank-level delays are outside iHubs’ direct control, though support will be provided to track the transaction.
7.8. Handling DOA (Dead on Arrival) Products
If a product is discovered to be non-functional at the time of delivery, it is classified as DOA:
- The User must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery, along with unboxing videos or photographic evidence.
- DOA claims are given top priority and processed under an expedited return and exchange workflow.
7.9. Responsibilities of the User During Returns
- The User must ensure that:
- The product is returned in its original condition, free of scratches, dents, or external damage.
- All original accessories, cables, documentation, and packaging are included.
- Personal data is erased from the device before return (e.g., iCloud, Apple ID sign-out).
- Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in:
- Rejection of the return request.
- Deduction of handling fees from the refund amount.
7.10. iHubs Liability Limitations for Returns
- iHubs shall not be liable for returns rejected due to incorrect information provided by the User or delays caused by third-party courier companies.
- iHubs’ maximum liability in return-related cases is strictly limited to the monetary value of the product purchased.
7.11. Return-Related Dispute Resolution
If a User disagrees with the outcome of a return request:
- They may escalate the matter by contacting iHubs Customer Support with additional evidence.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled as per Section 11 of this document, covering arbitration and legal jurisdiction.
Warranties and Manufacturer Support
At iHubs, we take pride in offering only genuine Apple products, and we understand that Customers rely on warranties to protect their investment in premium electronic devices. Apple, as the original equipment manufacturer, provides specific limited warranties for its devices and accessories, which cover manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal usage conditions. The warranties provided by Apple are governed by Apple’s own terms and conditions, and iHubs acts as a facilitator to ensure that Users can efficiently access these warranties and receive support in a timely manner.
By purchasing Apple products from iHubs, the User acknowledges and agrees that the warranty terms are provided and governed by Apple, and iHubs makes no independent warranty or guarantee beyond what is offered by Apple. However, iHubs undertakes the responsibility to provide necessary guidance and assistance for Users to claim their warranty services, including verification of the purchase, providing relevant documentation, and coordinating with Apple-authorized service centers.
8.1. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
Apple provides a standard one-year limited warranty on iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and most accessories. Some products, such as AppleCare+ eligible devices, may have extended coverage or additional benefits. The warranty generally covers:
- Manufacturing Defects: Issues arising from faulty workmanship or defective materials.
- Hardware Malfunctions: Failures of internal components that occur under normal use conditions.
- Battery and Power Issues: Batteries that fail to hold a charge as per Apple’s standard battery performance specifications.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by the User, including but not limited to:
- Accidental drops or physical impacts
- Liquid exposure or water damage beyond Apple’s specifications
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or opening of the device
- Misuse or failure to follow Apple’s operational instructions
iHubs emphasizes that Users should carefully read Apple’s warranty terms for specific exclusions and limitations.
8.2. Role of iHubs in Facilitating Warranty Claims
While iHubs does not extend independent warranties beyond Apple’s coverage, we provide support services to Users seeking warranty assistance:
- Purchase Verification: iHubs can verify the authenticity of the purchase and provide invoice documentation required by Apple or its authorized service centers.
- Warranty Guidance: Users can contact iHubs Customer Support for instructions on how to submit their devices for warranty repair or replacement.
- Coordination with Service Centers: iHubs can coordinate with Apple-authorized service centers to ensure that warranty claims are processed smoothly and efficiently, minimizing delays.
- Tracking Warranty Status: iHubs may provide updates to the User regarding the status of their warranty claim, although final approval rests entirely with Apple.
8.3. Warranty Claim Process
The warranty claim process typically involves the following steps, described in detail to ensure Users understand their responsibilities:
- Contact iHubs Support: Users must contact iHubs Customer Support via email, phone, or the “My Orders” portal to report any device issue within the warranty period.
- Provide Documentation: Users must provide the original invoice, serial number, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Initial Troubleshooting: iHubs may assist with troubleshooting steps to identify whether the issue is covered under warranty or arises from user misuse.
- Referral to Apple Service Center: If the issue falls under Apple’s warranty coverage, the User will be directed to an Apple-authorized service center.
- Device Inspection: The service center will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the device to verify the reported issue.
- Repair or Replacement: Depending on the inspection outcome, Apple will either repair the device, replace it with a new or refurbished device of equivalent functionality, or decline the claim if the issue is not covered under warranty.
8.4. Limitations of Liability for Warranty Support
iHubs explicitly disclaims any liability for:
- Delays in Apple’s processing of warranty claims
- Denial of warranty claims by Apple due to reasons beyond iHubs’ control, including misuse, unauthorized repairs, or out-of-warranty devices
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from warranty delays, including loss of business, data, or personal inconvenience
By using iHubs for warranty guidance, Users agree that iHubs acts solely as a facilitator, and any ultimate decision regarding repair, replacement, or denial rests exclusively with Apple.
8.5. Extended Warranties and AppleCare+
AppleCare+ offers Users the option to extend the standard warranty period and gain additional coverage for accidental damage (subject to service fees). iHubs may provide guidance on:
- Purchasing AppleCare+ during or shortly after device activation
- Submitting claims under AppleCare+
- Understanding coverage limits and deductibles for accidental damage
It is important to note that iHubs is not responsible for the terms, approvals, or processing of AppleCare+ claims; these are entirely governed by Apple.
8.6. Responsibilities of the User
To ensure smooth warranty support, Users must:
- Retain the original invoice and packaging.
- Protect the device from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Follow Apple’s operational guidelines for the device, including software updates and proper charging practices.
- Provide accurate and complete information when reporting an issue.
- Understand that any tampering or damage caused after delivery may void the warranty.
Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may lead to denial of warranty claims or additional charges for repairs outside the warranty coverage.
8.7. Warranty Disclaimer
Except for the warranties expressly provided by Apple, iHubs disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including:
- Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranty of uninterrupted or error-free use
- Warranty that the product will meet User’s specific requirements or expectations
iHubs’ maximum liability in connection with warranty facilitation is limited to assistance and guidance in processing Apple’s warranty services, and iHubs will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from warranty claims, device defects, or service delays.
User Obligations, Code of Conduct, and Prohibited Activities
When accessing and using the iHubs website, services, and products, Users agree to adhere to a comprehensive set of obligations and behavioral standards that are designed to maintain the integrity, security, and reliability of the platform. By using iHubs, Users acknowledge that their behavior impacts not only their personal experience but also the safety and satisfaction of other customers, sellers, and the broader community. iHubs reserves the right to take corrective action if Users violate these obligations or engage in any activity deemed harmful or disruptive.

iHubs will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from User negligence or failure to secure account credentials, including financial loss, identity theft, or data breach.
9.3. Prohibited Activities

Uploading or distributing content without proper authorization, including product images, videos, logos, trademarks, and software, is strictly prohibited. Users who violate intellectual property rights may face legal action, account termination, and financial liability for damages incurred. iHubs provides mechanisms to report suspected infringement, and all Users are encouraged to cooperate in preventing unauthorized use of intellectual property.
9.6. Transactional Integrity

They are prohibited from accessing, sharing, or misusing personal information, including contact details, payment information, or account credentials. iHubs may monitor, collect, and analyze user activity to ensure compliance with these Terms and to maintain security. iHubs offers a wide range of digital content to its Users, which includes but is not limited to eBooks, software, digital music, instructional videos, applications, and other downloadable media (collectively referred to as “Digital Content”). Digital eBooks available on iHubs are typically provided in DRM-protected formats, such as ePub or PDF, to safeguard against unauthorized distribution. Users may download eBooks to multiple devices subject to technical limits imposed by iHubs (e.g., a maximum of six devices per account). Payment Terms, Order Fulfillment, Shipping, and Delivery Policies
iHubs is committed to providing a seamless, secure, and transparent transaction experience for all Users. By accessing and using iHubs’ services, Users expressly agree to comply with all payment, order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery terms outlined herein. These terms are designed to ensure both the protection of the User and the efficient operation of iHubs’ marketplace.
11.1. Payment Methods and Authorization
iHubs provides multiple secure payment options for Users, including credit and debit cards, internet banking, Unified Payments Interface (UPI), digital wallets, and other payment methods as may be offered from time to time. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR), and Users are responsible for ensuring that the selected payment instrument is valid, authorized, and compliant with Indian banking regulations.
By initiating a payment on iHubs, the User authorizes iHubs to charge the full purchase price for the order. Users also agree to provide accurate billing information, including name, address, and contact details, to facilitate successful payment and delivery. Any failure to provide correct information may result in delays, non-fulfillment, or cancellation of orders.
iHubs reserves the right to decline or cancel any transaction if there is suspicion of unauthorized or fraudulent activity. In the event of a payment failure, Users must ensure prompt rectification to enable order processing.
11.2. Order Confirmation and Fulfillment
Once a payment is successfully processed, iHubs confirms the User’s order via email, SMS, or in-app notification. The confirmation contains order details including the items purchased, quantities, prices, and expected delivery timelines.
Order fulfillment is dependent upon stock availability and accurate information provided by the User. iHubs reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel orders in cases of stock shortages, technical errors, or incorrect pricing displayed on the website.
Users acknowledge that order confirmation does not guarantee immediate shipment and that fulfillment timelines may vary due to logistical constraints or external factors beyond iHubs’ control, such as public holidays, natural disasters, or unforeseen supply chain disruptions.
11.3. Shipping and Delivery Obligations
iHubs partners with reputable logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of products. Standard delivery timelines are typically within 5–7 business days for most locations within India, though this may vary based on product availability, delivery address, and external conditions.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly displayed during checkout. Users are responsible for paying applicable charges to facilitate the delivery process. iHubs will provide tracking information, where available, to allow Users to monitor the status of their shipment.
While iHubs makes every effort to deliver products within the stipulated timeframe, Users acknowledge that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond iHubs’ reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transport disruptions, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
11.4. Delivery Acceptance and Risk Transfer
Delivery of products is deemed complete once the shipment is handed over to the User or an authorized recipient at the specified address. Users are required to inspect the package upon delivery and notify the logistics provider immediately of any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the User upon receipt of the product, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged in transit, or otherwise covered under iHubs’ replacement or warranty policies. Users are encouraged to retain packaging materials and invoices for verification during claims or returns.
11.5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
iHubs strives to maintain a high standard of product quality. Returns or exchanges are permissible only in accordance with iHubs’ stated policies, which cover scenarios such as defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.
To initiate a return or exchange, Users must submit a request within the stipulated timeframe (generally within 5–10 days of delivery) and provide accurate order and product information. Products returned must be in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and documentation. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in rejection of the return or refund request.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method or through iHubs’ store credit, at iHubs’ discretion. Users acknowledge that processing times for refunds may vary depending on the banking or payment institutions involved.
11.6. Replacement and Warranty Services
iHubs provides replacement or warranty services for certain products, including manufacturer warranties for electronics and accessories. Users must provide proof of purchase, including invoices and packaging, to avail of such services.
Replacement or warranty fulfillment is contingent upon verification of product condition and compliance with the warranty terms. Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair will not be eligible for replacement or warranty coverage. iHubs reserves the right to refuse replacement or repair if evidence of misuse is found.
11.7. User Responsibilities Regarding Shipping
Users are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including address, contact numbers, and special delivery instructions. iHubs is not liable for failed deliveries due to inaccurate information, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the shipment.
In addition, Users are encouraged to monitor tracking updates and coordinate with logistics providers for receipt of deliveries. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect delivery information or delayed receipt of products are the responsibility of the User.
11.8. Force Majeure and Delivery Delays
iHubs shall not be liable for delays or failures in order fulfillment caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, transport strikes, or governmental restrictions. In such events, iHubs will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates to Users and provide alternative fulfillment arrangements where feasible.
11.9. Dispute Resolution Related to Orders and Deliveries
Users encountering issues with payments, order fulfillment, shipping, or product delivery may contact iHubs customer support through the designated communication channels. iHubs will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
In cases where resolution is not achieved through informal channels, Users may escalate complaints through the formal grievance mechanism, including written communications or online dispute forms. Users acknowledge that iHubs retains the right to verify all claims and may require supporting documentation before processing refunds, replacements, or cancellations.
